  2. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Remove, pat dry and place on a grill heated to medium heat.
  4. Cook, turning occasionally until softened and golden brown in spots, about 20 minutes.
  5. Butter and sprinkle with salt if desired.

Peak season

  1. Preheat grill to medium high.
  2. Place shucked and cleaned corn directly on the grates.
  3. Cook turning occasionally for about 25 minutes until your corn is soft and brown in spots.
